Where is your studio?
Nestled in the beautiful village of Bishops Tawton, North Devon.
I want to book a Newborn session, where do I start?
Pop Claire a message via the contact form and she will send you a Newborn Session Prep Guide which will hopefully answer all your questions!
How many photos do we get with a studio session?
Included in your Session Fee, are 10 digital images. You can pick these from your completed gallery of at least 30 images! The amount of images entirely depends on how the session goes- every baby, child and family will have different wants and needs!
How do we get our photos?
Your photos will be delivered to you to view on your own password protected website. You will have the options of High Resolution (perfect for print) and Websize (perfect for social media!) downloads when you choose your favourites!
When you've chosen and clicked Download, you will be emailed with a link.
Do you retouch photos?
My simple answer is- if it's supposed to be there I will leave it, if it's not, it's gone!
Think, an unexpected spot, baby dribble, etc, I will remove.
Whats your turn around time?
Turnaround time for a Wedding is up to 12 weeks for the full collection in Peak Season.
Turnaround time for a Newborn Session or Full studio session is up to 4 weeks.
How do we book you?
Pop us a message on our contact form with as much info as possible about the type of booking you want to make, including preferable dates, locations etc and we will come back to you with a Price Guide and availibilty!
Can you help us with planning our Session?
Absolutely!!! We love to be super involved with ideas and the more we know what YOU want, the more creative and prepared we can be to make the most of your session!
How far out do you book?
Weddings- we recommend at least a year in advance. Wedding suppliers get booked up sometimes nearly 2 years in advance!
Newborn Sessions- Anytime from the 20 week scan but no later than around 8 weeks before baby is due.
Maternity- We recommend around the 36 week mark. Again, anytime from the 20 week scan is good to get a date in.
Can we chat in person/on a call/zoom before we book you for our Wedding?
Absolutely yes! In fact, it's encouraged by us! We really believe it's SO important that you choose the RIGHT PERSON to be with you on this journey. Other than your partner, your photographers will be with you for the most part of your day. So it's so important to be confident that we all get along really well and you can trust us!
What should we wear?
Pop us a message about wardrobe options- these can be so different for each session depending on location, type of event etc!
Travel
Available for hire in the pacific northwest and beyond. Previous travels include, France, Spain, Canada, Alaska, Ireland, and New Zealand. Contact us for an overseas quote.
